Hello Everyone, 
Welcome Back all of my former students and all our new students.  This year I will be teaching grades K-8 and am excited to begin creating with each grade. We will explore different mediums and skills throughout each grade level.

Please take a look at the photos to see some beautiful artwork from last year.  Here are some of the projects we worked on: 4th grade made 3-D donuts, while one 5th grade created slices of cake and the other class made sushi! They all enjoyed working on these 3-D creations! Some of the lessons required measuring and further developing their math skills. 
 "Script" name bugs are always a fun project in 3rd grade as they learn and work on their handwriting. 
Color/Paint mixing: "We are woven together" & skin tone rainbow projects were created by our 2nd graders. We are all unique and special. Our 1st grade learned about value and different texture techniques while creating a winter fox and then they drew and painted their favorite trucks; many driving through a pile of mud! Messy and fun!  Kindergarten learned about Clementine Hunter and painted gorgeous zinnias.  Our 6th graders loved working together and collaborating on our bottle art project that depicts Jesus' Asenscion into Heaven.  I cannot wait to explore and allow our students to flourish and create some of their own masterpieces this year!
